Do you know how to enter the subconscious? Appeal to the subconscious How to enter the subconscious of another person

Our mind consists of two worlds: the conscious world and the subconscious world. They can also be called the conscious mind and the subconscious mind.

Consciousness and subconsciousness

Our mind consists of two worlds: the conscious world and the subconscious world. They can also be called the conscious mind and the subconscious mind. Consciousness is the part of the mind that is completely accessible to humans. All your thoughts and ideas occur at the level of the conscious mind.

You can’t think about one thing and end up with something else. You cannot plant oats and get barley. Success and happiness are given to those who develop the ability to concentrate entirely on one thing and do not leave it unattended until the very end of the process.

Consciousness is the object or thinking mind. It has no memory and can only hold one thought at a time. It performs four essential functions.

First, it identifies the incoming information. Receiving information is provided by all five senses - vision, hearing, smell, touch, taste.

Your consciousness continuously observes and classifies everything that happens outside of you. To illustrate this, imagine that you are walking along the sidewalk and decide to cross the street. You take a step from the sidewalk onto the roadway. At this moment you hear the roar of a car engine. You immediately turn in the direction of the moving car to identify the sound and the direction from which it is coming.

The second function of your consciousness is comparison. The resulting visual and auditory information about the car is immediately sent to your subconscious. There it is compared with all previously accumulated information and experience related to moving cars.

If, for example, a car is a block away from you and moving at a speed of 50 km/h, your subconscious data bank will tell you that there is no danger and you can continue driving. But if a car is moving in your direction at 100 km/h and is only a hundred meters away, you will receive an alarm, prompting you to take further action.

The third function of consciousness is analysis; it always precedes the fourth function - decision making.

The functions of your consciousness are very similar to those performed by a binary computer: it accepts or rejects data, making choices and decisions. He can only work with one thought at a given time - positive or negative, with “yes” or “no”. He continuously sorts impressions, deciding what is suitable and what is not.

So you're walking down the street, you hear a car roaring, and you see it coming. Having an idea of the speed of a moving vehicle, you do your analysis and realize that you are in danger. A decision needs to be made. The first question you ask is: “Get out of the way? Yes or no?" If the answer is yes, you ask the next question: “Step forward? Yes or no?" If the traffic flow is dense enough and a negative decision is made, then a new question arises: “Step back? Yes or no?" As soon as you say “yes”, the message is immediately transmitted to the subconscious and in a split second you have time to jump back, without any additional thinking or decision on your part.

You don't need to use your subconscious to think about which foot - right or left - should take the first step. Having received a command from the conscious mind, the subconscious mind instantly sets all the relevant nerves and muscles in motion to carry out the decision made.

Mathematician Peter Uspensky in his book “In Search of a Miracle” gives the following estimate: the functions of the subconscious are performed almost thirty thousand times faster than the functions of consciousness.

You can demonstrate this speed of work by holding your hand out in front of you and fiddling with your fingers. By transferring all the work of coordinating movements to the subconscious, you can do it easily. Now try to thread the needle, using your conscious mind this time, and you will see what concentration and what mental effort is required to perform simple hand movements with your subconscious mind turned off.

Your consciousness works like a submarine captain viewing the surface of the water through a periscope. It is visible only to the captain. Only his perception of everything that happens on the surface is transmitted to the team members.

Everything that the captain sees and feels, all the decisions he makes are immediately transmitted to the submarine crew, who rushes to carry out his orders.

You often feel limited freedom of action, trying to keep the “reins of power” in your hands. Very often you are driven by the belief that better or greater results are possible with more effort. But this is not a solution.

In fact, you can improve the quality of your life by using your own “brilliant mind”, the power of your subconscious, and mastering methods of activating it. To do this, you need to know how your subconscious mind works and how it works.

SUBCONSCIOUS

Your subconscious is a huge data bank. Its power is practically unlimited. It stores everything that constantly happens to you. By the time you reach the age of twenty-one, you will have accumulated more than a hundred times the contents of the complete Encyclopaedia Britannica.

Older people under hypnosis can often remember events that happened fifty years ago with perfect clarity. Your subconscious memory is perfect. What is questionable is your ability to consciously remember.

The function of the subconscious is the storage and release of information. It constantly checks to see if you are acting exactly as programmed.

Your subconscious is subjective. It does not think or draw conclusions, but simply obeys the commands it receives from consciousness. If you imagine the consciousness as a gardener sowing seeds, then the subconscious will be a garden or fertile soil for seeds.

Your conscious mind commands, and your subconscious mind obeys. The subconscious mind is an unquestioning servant that works day and night to ensure that your behavior conforms to a pattern that corresponds to your emotionally charged thoughts, hopes and aspirations. Your subconscious mind grows flowers or weeds in the garden of your life that you plant with the mental images you create.

Your subconscious has what is called a homeostatic impulse. It maintains your body temperature at 37°C, as well as your regular breathing and a certain heart rate. Using standalone nervous system it maintains the balance between millions of chemicals in billions of your cells so that your entire physiological machinery works in perfect harmony most of the time.

Your subconscious mind also practices homeostasis in the mental realm, keeping your thoughts and actions consistent with what you have said and done in the past. All information about your thinking habits and behavior is stored in the subconscious. It remembers your comfort zones and strives to keep you there. The subconscious mind causes a feeling of emotional and physical discomfort every time you try to do something new, differently, or change established patterns of behavior.

The subconscious mind functions like a gyroscope or balancer, keeping you in a state consistent with previously programmed instructions.

You may feel your subconscious pulling you back into your comfort zone every time you try something new. Even the thought of a new task puts you in a tense, restless state.

Trying to find new job, taking your driving test, making contact with new clients, taking on a demanding task, or interacting with someone of the opposite sex and feeling awkward and nervous, you feel like you've left your comfort zone. An example is how a woman knits without looking, carefully delving into the plot of the series, her attention is all in the plot, and her hands act independently of consciousness.

The main difference between leaders and followers is that leaders always push themselves out of their comfort zone. They know how quickly a comfort zone in any area becomes a trap. They know that serenity is the greatest enemy of creativity and future opportunity.

In order to ensure your own growth, stepping outside your comfort zone requires a willingness to feel awkward and uncomfortable for a certain initial period of time. If it's worth it, some discomfort can be tolerated until confidence emerges and a new comfort zone is built that corresponds to a higher level of achievement.

If you are not willing to tolerate feelings of awkwardness and inadequacy at the initial stage, be it trading, management, sports, relationships with other people, then you will get stuck at a low level of achievement. You will always have to fight the greatest war with yourself, and the greatest difficulty you will face will be to break through, to break free from old habits of thinking and behavior.

THE LAW OF SUBCONSCIOUS ACTIVITY

The Law of Subconscious Activity states that any idea or thought accepted by your conscious mind as truth will be accepted without question by your subconscious mind, which immediately gets to work making it a reality.

As soon as you begin to believe in the possibility of carrying out some action, your subconscious mind begins to work as a transmitter of mental energy, as a result of which you attract people and circumstances that harmoniously correspond to your new dominant thoughts.

Your subconscious mind controls information of all types coming from the environment - everything you see, hear, know. It makes you sensitive to any information whose importance you are aware of in advance. And the more emotional your attitude towards something specific, the sooner your subconscious will tell you everything you can do to make what you want into reality.

For example, let's say you decide you want to buy a red sports car. And immediately after this you begin to see red cars at every turn. Once you've planned a trip abroad, you start seeing articles, information, and posters about international travel everywhere. Your subconscious mind works to draw your attention to the right things to make your desires come true.

Thinking about a new goal is perceived by your subconscious as a command. It begins to adjust your words and actions so that they work towards achieving your goal. You begin to speak and act correctly, do it all on time, moving towards results.

LAW OF CONCENTRATION

The Law of Concentration states that whatever you think about increases in size. The more you think about something, the deeper it enters your life.

The law explains a lot about success and failure. This is a paraphrase of the law of cause and effect, sowing and reaping. He claims that it is impossible to think about one thing and end up with another. You cannot plant oats and get barley. Success and happiness are given to those people who develop the ability to focus entirely on one thing and not leave it unattended until the process is completed. They have enough discipline to think and talk only about what they want, and not be distracted by what they don’t want.

Ralph Waldo Emerson wrote, “A man becomes what he thinks about.” High achievers guard the gates of their minds with particular diligence. They focus only on what is truly important to them. They think about the future of their desires and refuse to give in to their own fears and doubts. As a result, they manage to accomplish extraordinary things in the same amount of time that the average person spends on ordinary everyday affairs.

Here's a check for you. For one day, check whether you can think and talk only about what you want. Make sure your conversations are free of any negativism, doubt, fear or criticism. Force yourself to speak cheerfully and optimistically about every person and situation in your life.

It won't be easy for you. This may seem impossible to you at first. But this exercise will show you how much time and energy you are wasting on things you don't want to do.

DIFFERENCES BETWEEN CONSCIOUS AND SUBCONSCIOUS

You are a reasonable person, therefore you have reason, and you should learn to use it. There are two levels of the mind: conscious or rational and subconscious or irrational. You think using the conscious mind, and all your thoughts penetrate into the subconscious mind, which reacts according to their nature. The subconscious mind is the seat of your emotions, it is your creative mind. As long as you think positively, everything will be fine; if you think negatively, unpleasant events will follow. This is how the human mind works.

Remember the main thing: having perceived the idea, the subconscious begins to implement it. An interesting fact is that the subconscious mind responds equally to both good and bad ideas. It is this law that, when thinking negatively, is the cause of failures, frustrations and misfortunes, and brings excellent health, success and prosperity to the owner of a harmonious and constructive way of thinking.

Peace of mind and a healthy body will become an inevitable acquisition for the owner of righteous thoughts and feelings. Whatever you desire in your heart and feel as a true need, your subconscious mind will perceive it and begin to implement it. You only have one thing left to do: convince your subconscious to accept this idea, and the law of the subconscious will bring the desired health, peace of mind or success. You give orders or instructions, and the subconscious conscientiously reproduces the idea imprinted in it. This is the law of your mind: the reaction or response of the subconscious is determined by the nature of the thought or idea established in the conscious mind.

Psychologists and psychiatrists note that when thoughts are transmitted to the subconscious, changes occur in brain cells. Having accepted an idea, it immediately begins to implement it. The subconscious mind works on the principle of association of ideas and uses all your knowledge accumulated throughout your life. To accomplish its task, it uses the infinite power, energy and wisdom within you, as well as all the laws of nature. Sometimes the subconscious mind immediately resolves all your difficulties, but sometimes it takes many days, weeks or months to find the right solution. His ways are inscrutable.

Consciousness and subconsciousness are not two minds, but simply two spheres of activity within one mind. Consciousness is the thinking mind; it is the part of the mind that chooses. Thus, you can choose books, a house or a life partner by making decisions with your conscious mind. On the other hand, your heart continues to function automatically, the processes of digestion, circulation and breathing are controlled by the subconscious mind using processes independent of consciousness.

The subconscious mind accepts what is imprinted on it or what you consciously believe. It doesn't think about things like consciousness does, and it doesn't argue with you. The subconscious mind is like soil that accepts all seeds, good and bad. Your thoughts are active; they can be compared to seeds. Negative, destructive thoughts continue their negative work in the subconscious; after a certain time, in accordance with their nature, they are realized in your life.

Remember: the subconscious mind does not check whether your thoughts are good or bad, true or false, it reacts according to the nature of the thoughts or suggestions offered. For example, if you consciously regard something as true (even though it may in fact be a lie), your subconscious mind will perceive the premise as truth and will produce results accordingly.

PSYCHOLOGICAL EXPERIMENTS

Numerous experiments conducted by psychologists and other specialists on people under hypnosis have shown that the subconscious mind is incapable of making the choices and comparisons necessary for the thought process. These experiments have repeatedly confirmed that the subconscious mind accepts any suggestion, no matter how false it may be. Having accepted any such suggestion, the subconscious mind reacts in accordance with its character.

Here is an example of subordination of the subconscious, to suggestion: if an experienced hypnotist tells his patient that he is Napoleon Bonaparte or even a cat or dog, then the patient will fulfill this role with impeccable accuracy. The patient's personality changes for some time: he has no doubt that he is who the hypnotist called him.

The hypnotist can tell one of the subjects, who is in a state of hypnosis, that his back itches, another - that he is a marble statue, a third - that it is freezing and he is cold. And each of them will act strictly according to the rules of his new image, perceiving from the environment only what relates to his idea.

These clear examples clearly demonstrate the difference between the thinking mind and the subconscious, which is impersonal, non-selective and accepts on faith absolutely everything that the conscious mind considers true. The conclusion is that it is extremely important to choose the right thoughts, ideas and premises that bless, heal, encourage and fill your soul with joy.

EXPLAINING THE CONCEPTS OF “OBJECTIVE” AND “SUBJECTIVE” MIND

Consciousness is sometimes called the objective mind; it deals with objects of external reality. The objective mind is concerned with the knowledge of the objective world; the means of observing it are your five senses. Objective reason is our guide and leader in connections and contacts with the external environment. By using the five senses you gain knowledge. The objective mind learns through observation, experience and the educational system. The main function of the objective mind is thinking.

The subconscious mind is often called the subjective mind. He perceives his environment independently of the five senses mentioned above. The subjective mind perceives everything through intuition; it is the seat of your emotions and the repository of memory. The subjective mind performs its highest functions at moments when the senses are helpless. In a word, this is the mind that declares its presence in those cases when the objective mind is in a detached or sleepy, drowsy state.

The subjective mind sees without the aid of the natural organs of vision; he has the ability of clairvoyance and clairaudience. The subjective mind can leave your body, travel to distant lands, and often bring with it very accurate and truthful information. The subjective mind allows you to read the thoughts of other people, the contents of sealed envelopes and locked safes. He has the ability to evaluate other people's thoughts without resorting to normal means of communication.

THE HUGE POWER OF Suggestion

As you probably already understand, our consciousness is a kind of “gatekeeper”, and its main function is to protect the subconscious from false impressions. Thus, you have become acquainted with one of the basic laws of the mind: the subconscious is subject to suggestion. Let me remind you that the subconscious does not make comparisons, does not see differences, does not reflect or think about things. All these functions belong to the sphere of activity of the conscious mind, and the subconscious mind simply reacts to the impressions conveyed to it by the conscious mind and does not give preference to any of the courses of action.

Here is a classic example of the extraordinary power that suggestion has. Suppose you approached a timid and intimidated-looking passenger on board a ship and said something like: “You look very unwell. How pale you are. I am absolutely sure that now you will experience an attack of seasickness. Let me help you to your cabin." This passenger will actually turn pale. He associates your suggestion about seasickness with his own fears and forebodings; the unfortunate person will accept your offer to take him to the cabin, where the negative suggestion he has received will be confirmed.

DIFFERENT REACTIONS TO THE SAME Suggestion

It is known that different people will react differently to the same suggestion due to their subconscious mood or belief. For example, imagine that on the same ship you approached a sailor and sympathetically said to him: “Listen, friend, you look very sick. Aren't you feeling sick? Judging by your appearance, you're about to get seasick."

Depending on your temperament, the sailor will either laugh when he hears such a “joke” or specifically send you away. In this case, your suggestion went to the wrong address; the assumption of seasickness was associated in the sailor’s brain with complete immunity from pitching. Consequently, such an assumption will not cause him anxiety and fear, but confidence in his abilities.

The Dictionary explains that suggestion is an influence on someone's consciousness, a thought process through which a suggested thought or idea is considered, accepted and implemented. You must remember that suggestion cannot be imposed on the subconscious mind against the will of the conscious mind. In other words, the conscious mind has the necessary power to reject the suggested suggestion. In the case of the sailor, we see that it is impossible to instill in him the fear of seasickness. The sailor has convinced himself that he is immune to it, and the negative suggestion does not cause him fear.

On the contrary, for the passenger, the suggestion of seasickness strengthened his fears and fears. Everyone has their own inner fears, beliefs, opinions, and these inner assumptions rule and guide our entire lives. Suggestion in itself has no power unless it is accepted by your mind; only then will the subconscious begin to implement it.

HOW HE LOST HIS ARM

An article in one foreign newspaper talked about the suggestion that one man gave to his subconscious: “I will give my hand to be cut off in exchange for the healing of my daughter.” It turned out that his daughter had a deforming form of arthritis accompanied by an incurable skin disease. All conceivable medical treatments failed to alleviate the girl’s condition, and her father passionately wanted her to get better. This wish was expressed in the aforementioned oath. One day this family was driving out of town and their car was involved in a serious car accident. The father's right arm was severed up to the shoulder in a collision with another car, and his daughter's arthritis and skin disease immediately disappeared.

It is necessary to ensure that your subconscious mind receives only such suggestions as lead to healing, upliftment of spirit, and inspiration in all endeavors. Remember that the subconscious does not understand humor and jokes, it takes everything at face value.

HOW TO OVERCOME FEAR BY SELF-SUGGESTION

Self-hypnosis can be used to suppress various fears and other negative states. Example. The young singer was invited to audition. She expected a lot from this test, but failed on the previous three due to fear of failure. The girl had a very good voice, but she constantly told herself: “When it’s my turn to sing, they might not like me. I will try, but I’m so scared and worried.”

The subconscious mind accepted this negative self-suggestion as a request and began to carry it out and put it into practice. The cause of this girl’s troubles and failures was involuntary self-hypnosis, that is, internal fears and thoughts turned into emotions and reality.

The singer dealt with these difficulties in the following way: three times a day she locked herself in her room. Sitting comfortably in a chair, she relaxed her whole body and closed her eyes. The girl did her best to calm her mind and body. Physical stillness promotes mental relaxation and makes the mind more receptive to suggestion. To counteract the fear, she told herself, “I sing beautifully, I feel fit, my mind is clear, I am confident, balanced, serene and calm.” She repeated these words five to ten times at each session, slowly and calmly, putting maximum feeling into them. Every day she had three such sessions, one of them just before bed. At the end of the week she was absolutely confident and calm. When her time came to perform at the audition, she made the most favorable impression on the teachers and audience.

HOW TO RESTORE YOUR MEMORY

The seventy-five-year-old woman had a habit of constantly repeating that she was losing her memory. Then she decided to correct the situation and began to practice self-hypnosis several times a day. The woman said to herself: “From today on, my memory is constantly improving. I will always remember what I need to know at any time and in any place. The impressions you receive will be clearer and more definite. I will automatically and easily remember everything. Whatever I wish to remember will immediately appear in my mind in the correct form. Day by day my memory is improving rapidly, and very soon it will be better than ever.” To her indescribable delight, after three weeks her memory was completely restored.

HOW TO OVERCOME A BAD MOOD

Many people who complained of irritability and bad mood have been very receptive to self-hypnosis and have had excellent results by repeating the following words three to four times a day (morning, afternoon and evening before bed) for a month: “From now on, I will be more and more more good-natured. Joy, happiness and cheerfulness become the normal state of my consciousness. Every day I understand and love other people more and more. I become the center of optimism and goodwill for everyone around me, infecting them with a sense of humor. This happy, joyful and cheerful mood becomes a normal, natural state of my consciousness. I am very grateful".

CREATIVE AND DESTRUCTIVE POWERS OF SUGGESTION

Several examples and comments on heterosuggestion. Heterosuggestion means the suggestion of another person. At all times, the power of suggestion has played a certain role in the lives and thoughts of people. In many parts of the world, suggestion is the driving force in religion.

Suggestion can be used for self-discipline and self-control, but can also be used to control and command other people who do not know the laws of reason. In its constructive form, suggestion is a miraculous, magnificent phenomenon. In its negative aspects, it is one of the most destructive reactions of the mind, bringing misfortune, failure, suffering, illness and disaster.

HAVE YOU BEEN SUBJECT TO ONE OF THE FOLLOWING NEGATIVE Suggestions?

From infancy, most of us have received numerous negative suggestions. Not knowing how to counteract them, we unconsciously accepted and agreed with them. Here are some possible negative suggestions: “You can’t do this,” “You’ll never be anything good,” “You shouldn’t,” “You won’t succeed,” “You don’t have the slightest hope of success,” “You are absolutely wrong”, “You are trying in vain”, “The main thing is not what you know, but who you know”, “The world is going to hell”, “What’s the point of this, because no one cares”, “ It’s useless to try hard”, “You’re already too old”, “Things are getting worse and worse”, “Life is an endless torment”, “Love only exists in fairy tales”, “Be careful, you can catch a virus”, “You can’t trust anyone person" and so on.

If you yourself, having matured, do not use constructive self-hypnosis as a restorative therapy, then the suggestions received in the past may develop in you behavioral stereotypes that lead to failures in your personal and social life. Self-hypnosis will allow you to free yourself from the burden of negative verbal pressure, which can distort your life path and complicate the development of good habits.

YOU CAN RESIST NEGATIVE Suggestions

Pick up any daily newspaper, or open an Internet news site, and you will find dozens of problems that can instill in people feelings of hopelessness, fear, anxiety, worry and imminent collapse. If you accept all this, then fear itself can lead to the loss of the desire to live. Knowing that you can reject such negative impulses by sending constructive messages into your subconscious mind, you can resist destructive ideas.

Regularly check the negative suggestions you receive from different people. Don’t take risks and try not to be influenced by destructive heterosuggestion. We have all suffered enough from it in childhood and adolescence. When you look back at your past, you can easily remember how parents, friends, relatives, teachers, and colleagues contributed to negative suggestions in you. Analyze everything that was said to you and you will find that much of it was presented in the form of propaganda and much of what was said had one purpose: to control you or instill fear in you.

This process of heterosuggestion takes place in every home, work, and club. You will find that often indoctrination is done to make you think, feel and act the way other people want you to, who want to exploit you for their own gain.

HOW SUGGESTION DESTROYED A MAN

An example of heterosuggestion (from the foreign press). One young Indian man visited a fortune teller working with a magic crystal. The witch told him that he had a heart condition and predicted that he would die before the next full moon. The Indian told his family members about this prediction and wrote a will.

This powerful suggestion entered his subconscious because he completely agreed with it. According to rumors, that fortune teller had strange occult powers and could bring good and evil to people. The man died as predicted, unaware that he himself was the cause of his own death. I assume that many have heard similar stupid and ridiculous stories based on prejudices.

Whatever the conscious, reflective mind of a person believes, the subconscious mind will accept it as a guide to action. Before going to the fortune teller, the Indian was a happy, healthy, cheerful and strong person. She gave him an extremely negative attitude, with which he agreed. He became panicked, terrified, and lost in the dark thoughts that he would die before the next full moon. The Indian constantly told everyone about this and prepared for the end. The action took place in his own mind, and his thought was the reason for it. He brought himself to death or, more correctly, to destruction physical body with your fear and anticipation of the end.

The “fortune teller” who predicted his death had no more power than a stone or stick on the road. Her suggestion could not create and accomplish what she predicted. Having knowledge of the laws of his consciousness, he would completely reject the negative suggestion and would not give her words any attention, knowing in his heart that he is guided and controlled by his own thoughts and feelings. Like tin arrows fired at a warship, her prediction would be completely neutralized and dissipated without causing any harm to it.

The suggestions of other people in themselves have absolutely no power over you if you yourself, through your own thoughts, do not fill them with such power. You need to give your mental consent, you need to support this suggestion, and only then does it become your own thought. Remember that you have a choice. And you choose life! You choose love! You choose health!

THE SUBCONSCIOUS DOESN'T ENTER INTO ARGUMENTS

Your subconscious mind is omniscient and knows the answers to all questions. It doesn't try to argue with you or contradict you. It doesn't say, "You shouldn't force me to do this." For example, by stating “I can’t do this,” “I’m too old,” “I can’t fulfill these obligations,” “I was born on the sidelines of big things,” “I don’t know the politician I need,” you saturate your subconscious with these negative thoughts, and it reacts accordingly. In fact, you are blocking your own good by introducing failure, deprivation and disappointment into your life.

By placing obstacles, difficulties and uncertainty in your conscious mind, you are refusing to use the wisdom and intelligence of your subconscious mind. You are essentially confirming that your subconscious mind cannot solve your problems. This can lead to mental and emotional stagnation, followed by illness and susceptibility to nervous disorders.

To achieve your intentions and overcome failures and difficulties, boldly and confidently repeat the following words several times a day: “The vast intelligence that inspired, guides and directs me reveals to me an impeccable plan for the fulfillment of my desires. I am fully aware of the deep wisdom of my subconscious mind's response, and what I feel and ask in my thoughts receives its form in the material world. I am calm, balanced and in complete control of myself."

If you say: “I don’t see any way out; everything is lost to me; I don't know how to get out of this situation; I’m driven into a corner,” then you won’t get any answer from your subconscious. If you want your subconscious to work for you, ask it the right request and it will cooperate with you. It always works for you. The subconscious mind controls your heartbeat and breathing at the moment. It heals the cut on your finger and takes care of all life processes, constantly striving to protect and protect you. The subconscious mind has its own mind, but accepts your thoughts and fantasies to come true.

The subconscious mind reacts to your search for a solution to the problem, but expects that you yourself will come to the necessary conclusions and the right decision in your conscious mind. Know and remember that the answer is in your subconscious. However, saying: “I don’t think there’s a way out of this situation; I am confused and completely confused; Why am I not getting an answer? - you nullify the meaning of your prayer. Like a soldier marching in place, you are not moving forward.

Calm your mind, relax, breathe evenly and deeply and quietly affirm: “The answer already exists in my subconscious mind that it is now sending me. I am grateful for the knowledge of the infinite intelligence of my subconscious, which is knowledgeable in all things and is now providing me with an impeccable answer. With conviction and confidence, I now release the greatness and glory of my subconscious. I rejoice in this."

BRIEFLY THINGS TO REMEMBER

1. Think good and you will receive good. Think evil and evil will come. You are what you constantly think about.

2. Your subconscious does not argue with you, it accepts the orders of your consciousness. If you think you can't afford something, it may reflect reality, but you shouldn't say that. Prefer the best solution: “I buy this. I accept it with my mind."

3. You have freedom of choice, so choose health and happiness. You can be friendly or unfriendly. Choose cooperation, joy, friendliness, love for yourself - and the whole world will respond to you. This is the best way to transform into a wonderful person.

4. Your consciousness is a gatekeeper of sorts. Its main function is to protect the subconscious from false instructions. Try to believe that something good can happen in your life, that it is already happening. Freedom of choice is the greatest power. Choose happiness and abundance for yourself.

5. The suggestions and instructions of other people have no power over you and cannot harm you. The only power is the movement of your own thoughts. You can reject the thoughts and directions of other people and affirm goodness. You are free to choose how to respond.

6. Watch what you say; you will have to answer for every thoughtless word. Never say, “I will fail; I will lose my job; I won’t be able to pay the rent.” Your subconscious does not understand jokes, it follows any instructions.

7. Your consciousness is not vicious; There are no vicious forces in nature. It all depends on how you use natural forces. Use your mind to benefit, heal and uplift all people.

8. Never say: “I can’t”. Overcome your fear and say: I can do anything with the power of my subconscious.”

9. Start thinking in terms of eternal truths and principles of life, and not in terms of fears, ignorance and superstitions. Don't let others think for you. Think and decide for yourself.

10. You are the captain of your soul (subconscious) and the master of your destiny. Remember that you are free in your choice. Choose life! Choose love! Choose health! Choose happiness!

11. Whatever your conscious mind assumes and believes, your subconscious mind will accept it and make it happen. You need to believe in good fortune, divine guidance, right actions and all the good things in life. published

Penetrating the subconscious

Penetrating the subconscious

Specialists who help people cope with psychological difficulties delve deep into the client's subconscious and recall forgotten memories to find “pain points” in the past that caused strong negative emotions. After this, with the help of conscious thinking, a person can objectively evaluate these “pain points” and understand the inconsistency of the psychological problems associated with them. This method is very effective, although it produces very different results. Sometimes, unfortunately, such a procedure can lead to tragedy. It happens that the subconscious mind detects serious “denial” on the part of conscious thinking, when a person, encountering his past, experiences severe fear, turning into hysteria or depression, since a powerful emotional conflict arises.

Penetrating into the subconscious, we discover a number of inexplicable phenomena. Under deep hypnosis, patients describe sensations that can only be experienced while in the mother's womb. Some people also describe situations and times that they simply could not witness. What is this? Past life? Being in another person's body? Telepathy? Psychologists sometimes attribute such things to malfunctions in the work of the subconscious, but the very existence of such phenomena is not questioned.

Nowadays, the subconscious has become a fascinating attraction in the scientific arena. What was once taken for hoaxes and tricks is now being studied in scientific laboratories. Under the close attention of scientists are hypnotists, clairvoyants and psychics who predict the future and read minds. Data about them, obtained and analyzed in all possible ways, indicate one thing: the subconscious is a powerful tool for constructing the world. It penetrates through space and time, transforms thought into reality and carries all the accumulated knowledge. And every person has this treasure!

1. What is the subconscious? We have already heard a lot about the subconscious. Now we will compare in one place everything that is attributed to it. First of all, the subconscious is the energy center where the instincts of the Id begin to form. It is useful to compare the subconscious to a factory.

Communication with your subconscious is a great sacrament. This is a touch to the great and indescribable forces of the Universe. If you are ready to begin to understand these forces, then do it only with pure thoughts. Each person is completely self-sufficient. His body is more complex than all technical devices, his mind is capable of creating new things, his mental potential is endless!

Nowadays, most people have forgotten about their perfection. A person uses only 3 percent of the potential of his brain; many artificial limitations are embedded within him; in fact, each of us is “pulled out” from the unity of Being and considers himself separate.

This path leads to degradation. Now is a key time - eras are changing - and people need to re-aware of their abilities and spiritual potential!

Many people feel lonely, that no one can understand them. But that's not true! Every person has something inside them that they have forgotten how to use! People know or have heard about the power of the subconscious, but few know how to communicate with the subconscious directly.

But it knows everything! Imagine: you ask something and immediately receive the correct answer in verbal form. You ask for some desire, and in response you hear: “I listen and obey.” This article will talk about how to set up a connection with your subconscious, how to communicate with it! This technique will completely change your life! You will be able to feel powerful strength, confidence, pleasure, and begin to act successfully!

How to learn to hear your subconscious?

Human consciousness is often characterized as limited madness. The human subconscious is like unlimited madness, suppressed by consciousness. The subconscious mind does not think intelligently, it cannot be heard. It can draw our attention to something, hold our gaze, bring back memories or provide dreams. But you won’t be able to hear animal nature, just as you can’t hear something reasonable in the rumbling of a well-fed belly.

The subconscious is the instincts to which the consciousness feeds food that it cannot digest. But you should not open the way to the subconscious without control. It is older than consciousness and stronger than it.

The subconscious often sends us signals in borderline states - before sleep or immediately upon awakening. And also in moments of peace, relaxation, meditation. You need to stay in silence more often to hear something inside yourself. Because it is difficult for our subconscious to reach us and “shout over” TV, music, advertising and a bunch of other things that clog our attention.

Practice

Today we will do a dive while sitting on the floor. Try sitting in a lotus or half-lotus position, whatever feels comfortable for you. If this is a completely unacceptable asana for you, then please sit on a chair and do this practice in the same way.

What does this practice allow you to do?

Firstly, we will try to go deeper into the alpha state and find contact with our unconscious there, we will ask questions about what the answer “yes” and the answer “no” look like and listen to our body.

Let me remind you that we have three perception systems and the most important thing is to learn to hear at least one. The advanced level is when you learn to see pictures, visuals, hear what your unconscious tells you and navigate your body. That is, in some part of the body your unconscious will somehow respond.

For example, you will ask a question about what a “yes” answer looks like. We will observe this as relaxed as possible, and you will be led in some direction, your head will turn somehow, your finger will begin to twitch, or you will feel some kind of pulsation, vibration in your knee. Everything needs to be paid attention to. The most important - understand how your body signals the answer “yes”.

We will then ask a question about what the answer “no” would look like. And in the same way you will monitor what is happening in the body. It often happens that for a minute your unconscious mind does not react in any way with your body and does not show what the answer “yes” looks like when you later ask questions.

For example, whether to meet you or not. You sat down, closed your eyes, did this practice: first, stop the internal dialogue, then we come into contact with our unconscious, listen. If within a minute you receive a “yes” answer, then you immediately know that you are good to go. If you don’t have any sensations, no response within 1-2 minutes, then you understand that it’s probably better not to go. But you can repeat this practice after another 5-10 minutes.

So, the answer “yes” is always clear in the form of a reaction from a certain part of the body. But the answer “no” can simply give complete silence. That is, you ask and listen. If within a minute there is no answer “yes” and no answer “no” has come either, perhaps your unconscious mind will also imply that the answer “no” does not look like anything. That is, the reaction occurs only to the answer “yes”.

What questions can be addressed to the unconscious?

You can contact us with any questions that require “yes” or “no” answers. But, of course, in such a basic practice, your unconscious will not say “go there at such and such time, there is such and such an amount of money, and if you find yourself there, you will take this money for yourself.”

Or “or there will be that man here and there who will look like this.” Of course, in basic practices it is impossible to hear, feel, know, and therefore you begin to interact with your unconscious, asking a question and receiving “yes” or “no” answers.

So, let's get ready for practice. Sit in a way that is comfortable for you. The fingers can lie completely freely in any mudra. I usually do “yin and yang” - I connect my fingers like this and they intersect. But it is not important. You can just put your fingers. This can be done if you sit in the lotus or half-lotus position. You can sit like this.

If you are sitting on a chair, you can also close your thumb and index finger in mudra and place them on your knees and simply relax your palms.

N Let's start alpha diving

We do the alpha dive as usual. Close your eyes, place your tongue on the roof of your mouth to close the channels and direct your eyes a little closer to the bridge of your nose, but this should not cause you discomfort. Your body should be as relaxed as possible; you just need to keep your spine vertical. Do not do this practice lying down. Most likely, you will not feel the answers or they will not come.

Sit down, eyes closed, place your tongue anywhere on the roof of your mouth. We are sitting now, completely relaxed, keeping our spine vertical, the top of our head directed towards the ceiling. Take a long breath, long breath, as you feel comfortable and in this practice we breathe only through the nose. If someone can't breathe through their nose, just shake their head to the sides.

So, long inhale, long exhale. Long breath, long breath. And you continue to inhale long and exhale long. Now I will ask you to take a long breath and exhale one more time. Open your eyes briefly. Look around, realize where you are and close again. Now please straighten your breathing, remove your tongue from the roof of your mouth, straighten your eyes. You can relax your jaw a little to make it more comfortable.

Sit and observe, feel your body, listen to me. Now relax as much as possible, release all the muscles in your body so that there is no tension, so that you can hear and catch the slightest sensation when your unconscious answers your questions.

Now we turn to our unconscious.

“Dear unconscious, please make contact in the way that is optimal for you. Dear unconscious, please make contact in the way that is optimal for you.”

Now relax as much as possible and listen. Maybe it will make contact actively through the body. We are not yet asking questions about what the “yes” and “no” answers will look like. We are simply observing how it can make itself felt.

Please observe how this will happen, how your unconscious will make contact. Stay in this state for a while. It's just a good, pleasant state. At the same time, your body may already be filled with energy. When we plunge into the alpha state, energy flows automatically begin to work in us.

Now, regardless of how your unconscious came into contact, and whether it came out at all, ask it a question:

“Dear unconscious, please show me what the answer “yes” will look like.

And now relax as much as possible. Firstly, we feel with our body any vibrations, any changes, any sensations in the body: this is what the answer “yes” will look like to any question that you subsequently ask him. Let’s see what the answer “yes” will look like.

Stay in this state. We don’t block anything on purpose, we are as relaxed as possible, we don’t do anything special, we breathe normally, we just observe what and where manifested itself in the body, how the body, for example, begins to move on its own. That is, we are now receiving an answer from the unconscious what the answer “yes” will look like.

Firstly, we listen to what comes in phrases - these are our thoughts, because the first phrase is correct. Or it will be sensations in the body. Still, more often than not, the unconscious responds with the body. Watch. Maybe somewhere it itched, swirled, swirled, pulsated. Maybe the body is swaying from side to side, back and forth, or the head is spinning in some unusual way.

Now thank the unconscious, say:

“Thank you, dear unconscious”

Regardless of whether you heard or not. Now just stay in silence. We completely stop the internal dialogue.

If a thought goes on, we don’t continue it. Relax as much as possible.

And ask the question again:

“Dear unconscious, please show me again what the answer “yes” will look like..

Relax, listen through your body. Be attentive to any changes in your body.

Most likely, if you received an answer the first time, then the second time you received absolutely the same feeling as confirmation.

“Dear unconscious, thank you, I understand”.

And now we turn to him again:

“Dear unconscious, please show me what the answer “no” will look like.

And we also listen. Now just sit in complete silence and see if they show you what the answer “no” looks like. We just observe as much as possible. Maybe you will have pictures, maybe you will hear phrases from the unconscious. Maybe you will still feel in your body what the answer “no” looks like.

If suddenly you need a little more time, pause me, stay in this state, watch, listen.

Now we say:

"Thank you, dear unconscious".

And just be in silence, without analyzing anything, without developing any themes, just relax.

Let us ask the question again:

“Dear unconscious, please show me once again what the answer “no” will look like.”

And we listen with our bodies, we listen with our ears, we watch the visuals. These are only your sensations, these are only your answers, your unconscious. Watch.

Now give thanks and say:

“Dear unconscious, thank you.”

Open your eyes a little and leave the practice completely.

Firstly, now your state has changed a lot, since we have plunged into the alpha state, energy flows are starting to work well and you most likely feel full, somehow you have begun to feel your body differently and you like it. Someone felt it through the body for the first time, someone saw some pictures for the first time.

If you do this practice every day, then I have a request for you - for the first 3-5 days, do not ask any more questions in order to improve your quality, so that you clearly understand that this is how your unconscious answers you “yes”, and this is how your unconscious answers you “no” or if it is silent, it also means “no”.

Once you have practiced for 4-5 days, maybe you even need 7 days, to evoke exactly these sensations every day, to undoubtedly understand that this is how your unconscious voices itself to you, that this is what “yes” looks like, this is what “no” looks like and you understand him.

And then, when you have practiced for a certain number of days, you can ask questions of interest. For example, today you were invited somewhere and you can first start not with whether you should go there or not, but, for example, ask the question: “Will my meeting go well? Yes or no?".

At what point should I ask this question? Once you master this practice, it will be very easy for you. You will close your eyes on your own, immerse yourself in the alpha state. Before each time, you still need to once again receive confirmation from the unconscious.

Greet him, ask him to get in touch, then ask:

“Dear unconscious, please show me what the answer “yes” will look like today.

Listen, wait, thank. Then you ask what a “no” would look like today. You also waited for the answer, looked, thanked and then asked your one question: Dear unconscious, will my meeting go well today?” You wait and get a “yes or no” answer.

For the first 2-3 weeks, practice with one question, and then you can ask additional questions, and you can have a whole dialogue. For example, when asked whether your meeting will go well, the unconscious will answer you in the negative. Then you ask: “If I wear a different dress, will my meeting go well?” - it will say “yes.”

In principle, there are as many ways of communication as there are people. Everyone chooses what is more suitable for themselves. Personally, I like finger signals, mental and figurative communication. This allows me to communicate with the subconscious even in transport - no one notices anything.

And don't be afraid to go crazy. We've all been crazy for a long time now.

Is it normal for people to create illnesses for themselves, cause pain and suffering to themselves and others, and live with all this just because they do not want to take responsibility for their own lives? There is no bad or good subconscious. It is always ready to communicate with you if you sincerely want it. The subconscious mind always takes care of you, but it does it in its own way, based on the experience of your entire personal history, that is, in the way you yourself taught it. Therefore, trust your inner mind, and it will do everything in the best possible way.

The subconscious functions in the same way for everyone, regardless of education and intellectual level, be it a scientist or a fireman. I would even say that it is much easier for the latter to do this, since an academic degree often contributes to an increased sense of self-importance, which prevents a person from noticing simple and amazing things. Let me mention once again that a person is an integral personality. And, turning to your subconscious, you simply strive to unravel the incomprehensible mystery that is man himself!

Finger signals

The previous methods are based on the fact that you invite your subconscious to choose a method for communication. But sometimes it is easier to offer the subconscious a sign language: be it finger movements or a pendulum.

The simplest sign language would be the raising of one or another finger: for example, raising index finger on your right hand to answer “yes” (if you are right-handed) and raising the index finger on your left hand to answer “no”. Raising both fingers at the same time to answer “I don’t know” and holding the fingers still - “I don’t want to answer.”

As you understand, this division is purely arbitrary, and you can establish the sign language yourself. Finger movements should be unconscious and automatic.

Don't try to move your fingers consciously. Just don’t interfere with your subconscious, trust it completely.

Questions must be asked clearly and unambiguously - after all, the subconscious understands everything literally.

I want to warn you right away - there are no people who cannot communicate with the subconscious and there are no bad subconscious minds. If you don't succeed in one way, try another.

I advise you to try all the methods. Maybe you will like one more. The result will definitely come if you intend to get the answer from the depths of your mind.

Now let's try it. Sit in a soft, comfortable chair or lie down on the sofa. Let your hands rest freely and nothing interferes with them. Immediately agree with the subconscious which signal will correspond to this or that answer.

Now, mentally or out loud, turn inside yourself and ask this question:

“Is my subconscious ready to communicate with me? If “yes,” raise the index finger on your right hand with unconscious movements; if “no” - on the left hand.”

Don't try to guess the answer - just wait patiently. After a few seconds, you will feel a slight itching, tingling or numbness in a certain area.

This means that the muscles have received a subconscious signal, tensed and are about to begin to raise a finger. Another second, and the tip of the finger slowly, trembling slightly, moves upward.

The finger can complete its movement by rising quite high, or perhaps only slightly lifting off the surface. Once you have received and realized the answer, thank your subconscious mind and put your finger down.

If you get the answer “no,” then this only means that there are some obstacles to communication, which I have already mentioned: poor health or mood, unfavorable external environment, fear of communication, mistrust of oneself. Remove any obstacles and try again.

Pendulum method

To master this method, you will need a small lucite ball suspended on a thread, 20 centimeters long. Instead of a ball you can use wedding ring or a simple nut. Now place your elbow on the table and pinch the end of the thread between your thumb and forefinger. The ball will begin to swing freely.

Rock it forward and back, left and right, clockwise and counterclockwise. This is necessary so that the subconscious mind determines which muscles are involved in these movements.

After this, stop the ball and turn to the subconscious mind:

“Subconscious mind, choose one pendulum movement out of four possible ones, which you will later use to answer “yes”, and demonstrate this movement to me.”

Wait for the answer and keep your eyes on the pendulum. Try to “hypnotize” the ball. Within a few seconds the pendulum begins to move. Sometimes you need more time to “build up”. The range of movements may vary. As a rule, it is large enough for the answer to be clear.

Having received the answer, stop the pendulum, thank the subconscious and ask it to choose another movement from the remaining three for the answer “no”.

Then ask them to choose the appropriate motions for the “I don’t know” and “I don’t want to answer” responses. This is an old, proven method, which has always been given a certain amount of mysticism. The sight of a “living” pendulum that meaningfully responds to questions is simply mesmerizing.

However, there is nothing supernatural about this. It’s just that the subconscious is capable of making decisions, thinking and taking control of certain muscle groups on its own. It is only important to trust your subconscious mind.

How to ask questions

The way the question is asked is very important to the communication process. To achieve perfection in this, you will need certain knowledge and experience. My examples from practice and your personal attempts will help you acquire them. Since the subconscious mind takes everything literally, the questions should be clear, simple and unambiguous. Say exactly what you really want to say.

First, I recommend writing down the questions and answers on a piece of paper. If you get an unusual answer, it may mean you asked the wrong question. Try to formulate the question differently. The subconscious always gives honest answers (unless you are a notorious liar, of course).

What I really want to warn you against is trying to look into the future. This is an area that needs to be handled very carefully. This is what we create for ourselves.

It is important to understand a few things and always keep them in mind

  • You need to believe in your success. Faith is the most important aspect in any practice.
  • You must always sincerely thank your subconscious. This is a great motivating factor that improves communication!
  • The subconscious is your closest and most faithful friend, which will always understand and help. You need to feel it. With practice, this feeling of love and trust will appear.
  • Your subconscious is you. Be completely free during communication. Feel free to ask any question. There should be no tension during the dialogue. The subconscious is your devoted friend.

You will always have a friend who will understand you perfectly.

Moreover, setting up this contact will contribute to your spiritual growth, mastery psychic abilities and development of creative potential.

Having a close connection with your subconscious, you will begin to live in confidence, in harmony with yourself and nature, because your subconscious will always indicate and suggest how to act in the best way.

We do not recommend starting work with the subconscious immediately before bed, in the dead of night, or even in the dark unless absolutely necessary. It is also not recommended to begin work on establishing contacts with the subconscious when you are short of time, in a bad mood, in a painful state, or if you experience an internal reluctance to do this at a given moment in time, regardless of the reasons. When starting to work with your subconscious, be internally prepared for significant positive changes in your life and allocate the appropriate time for this.

Reasons why the Subconscious may not make contact:

1. You do not adhere to the principles that were described earlier.
2. You do not treat the Subconscious as your friend.
3. You are in a bad mood or feel tired.
4. External factors (thunderstorm, noise, too many people).
5. Mistrust, ingratitude.
6. Insincere attitude.
7. Doubts about the unlimited possibilities of the Subconscious.
8. Trust and gratitude only to the Subconscious, and not to all people, the Universe.
9. Waiting for results. Questions about when the wish will come true.

Dessert

Directed immersion into the subconscious carried out by transforming verbal information - attitudes into sensory forms: visual images, taste and tactile sensations, as well as sounds and smells. The brighter and more multifaceted the verbal information - the attitude - is presented in sensory forms, the deeper the immersion into the subconscious will be carried out. The subconscious does not operate with verbal information, it operates with sensory forms, symbols and archetypes. The subconscious stores extremely detailed information concerning both a specific individual (in the upper subconscious “individual unconscious”) and the universe as a whole (in the lower subconscious “collective unconscious”). Our consciousness itself (that part of consciousness in which everyday logical mental activity occurs) operates only with verbal information. If you correctly formulate an attitude to the subconscious, then, having all the necessary information, it will solve the task much more quickly and efficiently than the conscious mind itself, in which the supply of information is significantly limited. Therefore, the main problem in the relationship - mutual understanding of the consciousness itself and the subconscious is the translation of verbal information of the consciousness itself into sensory forms, symbols and archetypes of the subconscious and vice versa. Thus, the practice of directed immersion into the subconscious is based on developing the skills of translating information from verbal form into other forms and back. Methodologically, the practice of directed immersion into the subconscious consists of three sequential processes:
  • detailed formation of a verbal statement describing in detail the purpose and stages of immersion and return;
  • rethinking the verbal attitude in sensory forms (preferably in two or three or more forms, for example in visual images, tactile sensations and sounds);
  • entering an altered state of consciousness and stage-by-stage development (reproduction of sensations, images, symbols and archetypes) of the attitude in sensory forms.

The procedure of entering an altered state of consciousness (ASC) is necessary in order to free the mind from uncontrollable emotions and thoughts associated with everyday worries and experiences. Working out the procedure for entering the ISS can be carried out as follows:

  1. stand in front of the mirror (it is advisable to see yourself in full height and in a minimum of clothing) and, smiling at your reflection, sincerely say: “I love you”;
  2. standing at the mirror, close your eyes and, seeing your smiling reflection with your inner gaze, mentally repeat the phrase “I love you”, feeling a feeling of love for yourself;
  3. imagine the calm surface of a lake (river) and reeds (other aquatic plants) sticking out of the water, hear the quiet splash of water (perhaps it is a fish splashing, perhaps it is water splashing against the reeds under the influence of the breeze), feel the slight vibrations of the breeze, identifying yourself with one of the reeds (leaf of an aquatic plant) and give your body freedom to vibrate in phase with the vibration of the air;
  4. see yourself with your inner eye entering the water (the water has a comfortable temperature and pleasantly sways the body) and allow your hands to float freely without effort as you enter the water (you can imagine that inflatable arm sleeves are put on your hands);
  5. mentally enter the water until your arms take a position “parallel to the floor” (if it turns out easily, then enter deeper and allow your arms to float up to the “above your head” position without effort).

After entering the ASC has been well practiced, it will be enough to mentally perform steps c, d, e in any position of the body. Shorter options are also possible, for example, it will be enough to see your smiling reflection with your inner eye and feel a feeling of love for yourself.

The verbal attitude should be positive without the negative particle “not”. When forming a verbal attitude, you should remember that the subconscious operates on the “here and now” principle. It quickly and accurately carries out settings that do not harm other people, do not fall under the concept of “sin” and can be implemented “here and now.” An attitude that cannot be realized “here and now” should either be structured and carried out step by step, or persistently strive for its implementation day after day, supplementing the sensory form of the attitude with increasingly subtle and varied sensations. For example, if the goal of the installation is to get a prestigious job, then you will have to practice the installation for more than one day, imagining the new workplace in more and more detail and increasing the feeling of satisfaction that you will receive by taking this place. There may be cases when a properly formed installation cannot be implemented. This most likely means that there is not enough internal energy for its implementation and the intensity of training in the practice of Tibetan lamas or another system of healing should be increased. Before starting to form arbitrary verbal attitudes, it is advisable to practice three test attitudes.

First test installation

Lying in a comfortable position in bed before going to bed, enter the ASC. Imagine yourself stretched many times in length and lying on your back under a strip of white light, while a table lamp with an adjustable intensity stands above your head. Feel the warmth from the light in the soles of your feet and mentally turn off the light above your feet, then feel the warmth from the light in your shins and calves and “turn off” the light above your shins, then feel the warmth in your knees and thighs and hands and “turn off” the light above them . Feel the warmth on your stomach, chest, arms and neck and “turn off” the light above them. All that remains is the burning table lamp overhead. Mentally “reducing” the intensity of the lamp, slowly turn it off, wishing yourself “good night.”

The test is considered completed if, after “turning off” the table lamp, a sound sleep sets in and the person wakes up alert and energetic, while, as a rule, 4-6 hours of such sleep are enough for complete rest.

Second test installation

In a comfortable position, enter the ASC. Imagine yourself limitless in all three dimensions and feel a slight surge of energy in every cell of yours from the streams of light emanating from the many surrounding star clusters (galaxies). See our galaxy (Milky Way) and get closer to it, feel the increased energy impact on every cell. See our solar system and get closer to it, feel the increased energetic impact on every cell. See our planet (the third from the Sun) and get closer to it, feel the increased energy impact on every cell. See our continent and get closer to it. See your city (in which you are currently located) and get closer to it. See your neighborhood and get closer to it. See your home (where you are currently) and move closer to it. See your apartment, the room you are currently in, and yourself lying down, feel freshness and vigor in every cell. Give a mental command: “the accumulated energy of all the cells of my body is concentrated in my right (for a right-handed person or left for a left-handed person) hand” and feel how the right hand becomes heavier, warmer and thicker. Give the mental command: “the accumulated energy of all the cells of my body flows down the right hand into the right hand” and feel how the right hand becomes heavier and thicker, and the rest of the right hand returns to its original state. Give a mental command: “the accumulated energy of all the cells of my body flows into the index finger of my right hand” and feel how the index finger becomes heavier and thicker, and the rest of the right hand returns to its original state. Give a mental command: “the accumulated energy of all the cells of my body is concentrated on the tip of the index finger of the right hand,” feel a tingling sensation in the tip of the index finger and see with your mind’s eye a white dot on the tip of the index finger.

The test is best performed while lying on a mat as a final relaxation exercise after performing the ritual exercises of Tibetan lamas. The test is considered completed if the white dot from the tip of the index finger randomly and freely “on its own” begins to “travel” throughout the body. This should not be prevented. White point is an energy clot that will “travel” and correct energy defects in the body, increasing the flow of energy to diseased cells.

Third test setup.

The purpose of the third test installation is to search for the inheritance that your Father, the King of the Sea, left you. The test should be thought through in detail and rethought in sensory forms.

You have to dive to the bottom of the sea. Some imagine themselves as ichthyanders, others put on a spacesuit, others simply throw themselves with a heavy stone from a steep bank. The main thing is to independently form a diving image that will allow you to dive to the bottom of the sea, and not get stuck in shallow water. It will not be easy to go into the depths, where sunlight no longer breaks through the water column. For example, a dolphin helped me. I dived to 15-20 meters and could not dive further, because before me there was a sandy bottom overgrown with grass. Then a dolphin appeared and, holding its fin, I managed to find a crevice in the shallow water that led us to the depths. So the dolphin and I dived to the rocky bottom, where there was absolutely no light, and then surfaced together. Second, remember that you have a magic wand in your hands. You can touch anything that scares you with this wand and turn it, for example, into a beautiful coral bush or something else harmless. The same wand will help you create lighting when sunlight is no longer enough. During your dive, you may encounter a variety of sea monsters (sharks, rays, etc.) that can threaten you. Under no circumstances should you be afraid and fight with them, you just need to touch them with a magic wand and either turn them into something harmless or make them friendly. Third, remember that you need to dive and ascend smoothly, so that, especially during the ascent, signs of decompression sickness do not appear. To do this, you can from time to time ask the magic wand to regulate the rate of descent or ascent. If you are wearing a spacesuit, you can release an air bubble when ascending, and ascend no faster than it.

Fourth, this setting must be practiced in the presence of a controller, accompanied by music lasting approximately 4 - 5 minutes, in which three musical parts are clearly distinguished by you. In the first part, lasting approximately 1 - 1.5 minutes, you dive to the bottom; in the second part of approximately the same duration you are looking for an inheritance; in the third part, lasting approximately 2 minutes, you emerge. You need to listen to music several times and remember it in order to be well oriented in time, depending on the melody.

The controller’s task is to monitor the diver (his breathing, facial expressions, gestures). The controller and the diver must be friendly to each other. The controller should have a bottle of ammonia and cotton wool ready. If there are visible signs of discomfort in the diver, the controller should take him by the hand and clearly say: “This is just a bad dream, we are together. I count to three. On the count of three you wake up and open your eyes.” After this, clearly say: “One, two, three.” If necessary, the controller will have to bring a cotton swab soaked in ammonia to the nose of the diver.

The sea is an archetype of consciousness as a whole (which consists of the consciousness itself and the subconscious). Hostile sea monsters are symbols of your fears, acquired by you personally or karmic, inherited from previous incarnations. The seabed is a symbol of the “partition” that separates the “individual unconscious” from the “collective unconscious” in your subconscious. The inheritance of the King of the Sea is a symbol of your talents (talents). Decipher the legacy (that is, translate it into verbal information) found on seabed, it won’t be possible right away. It will be necessary to form a request-setting for the subconscious, and wait for an answer.

The test is considered completed when you dive to the bottom of the sea, find the inheritance and return to the shore with a joyful feeling of satisfaction. And turn all the hostile sea monsters you meet into something harmless, or make them friendly. Finding yourself at the bottom of the sea, you should mentally turn to the following phrase: “All the monsters hiding in the corners and crannies, come out and look at me.” If they start to come out, you need to turn each creature with a magic wand into something harmless. This way you will clear your Karma of burdens, open the way to your talents and make them visible to yourself and others.

Exercises of Tibetan lamas when practicing the Practice of immersion in the subconscious are auxiliary. They should be done once a day only three times for each ritual action, but be sure to enter the ASC. Having entered the ASC, before each ritual action it is necessary to give a mental attitude: “My spine is becoming more flexible, and my muscles are stronger and more flexible.” If there are health problems, then the installation formula must be supplemented with appropriate instructions. For example, if you have vision problems, you can supplement the formula with the phrase: “My vision is improving.” After completing the fifth ritual action, the second test installation should be performed while lying on the mat. In this combination, you work to a lesser extent on rejuvenating the body, and to a greater extent on its healing and restoration of damage. Perhaps in a month or two it will be necessary to increase the number of repetitions of ritual actions to 5 - 7, if there are no visible improvements in health, and then to 9 - 11 in case of serious problems. It is necessary to increase the number of repetitions no more than 2 per month.

A certain regularity in spiritual practice is required. It is not necessary to perform the exercises in point 1 every day; you can do them 2-4 times a week. Your skills in internal concentration, and, consequently, your ability to achieve your goals (settings) depend on the intensity and regularity of your classes. If you stop exercising under point 1, you will not face physical degradation. In combination with the second test setup, the Tibetan ritual actions performed in the ASC are aimed at healing the body, and not at rejuvenating it. In addition, a subconscious mode of monitoring physical condition is activated, which, like a diode, works only in one direction - to improve physical condition. Thus, you, as it were, preserve your age in potentially the best physical shape.

When performing ritual actions, you should rest both between actions and between their repetitions (if required) exactly as much as necessary in order to again enter the ASC. When resting, it is advisable to breathe with full yogic breathing. If all ritual actions can be performed in the ASC without rest, then it is advisable in ritual actions 4 and 5 to increase the duration of the phases of static tension of all muscles so that some rest is required after their execution to restore breathing. 4. You should move on to the practice of forming the target settings you need and implementing them without haste, according to the principle “from simple to complex” only after working out all three test settings and a month of practice according to point 1 (taking into account point 2). Attitudes concerning other people, such as, for example, occupying a prestigious job, finding your “soul mate,” promoting your plans or the plans of a person dear to you, are complex. They cannot be implemented “here and now”; they will need to be worked out many times, for example, by plunging, using the method of the third test installation, to the “bottom of the sea” - the junction in the subconscious of the “individual unconscious” and the “collective unconscious”. “At the bottom of the sea” you should find the King of the Sea and ask for his assistance in implementing your installation. The King of the Sea (aka God or Cosmic Consciousness) is the archetype of the common primordial principle. Without his help, it is very difficult to implement your individual attitude in the “collective unconscious” subconscious and influence the decisions of other people. This will require long-term internal concentration, which is why practice according to point 1 is necessary. The image of the King of the Sea can be, for example, for Christians, the image of Jesus Christ or the Mother of God, or the Holy Trinity. There are various options for representing the King of the Sea in sensations; it is important that this is the Supreme God of the religion that you adhere to. For atheists, this could be an ancient wise old man or a bright light or wind, which for you symbolizes Cosmic Consciousness. In any case, you need to address the King with respect. Finding yourself “at the bottom of the sea,” you need to turn to the Tsar with a request to appear to you or show the way to yourself, for example, with the mental phrase: “Lord, thy will be done, let me look at you, show the way to you.” After this phrase, giving free rein to your subconscious, you will go in search of the Tsar. Perhaps you will find him in the mountains, perhaps on the clouds, perhaps in a flowering garden. Having found the Tsar, you first need to mentally ask permission to make a request to him. Having received permission, state your goal and find out whether this goal can be achieved. Having received an answer, you must thank the Tsar and ask permission to contact him again. The Tsar’s answers will be given more in sensations than in words, and the words of appeal to the Tsar must be supported by emotionally charged, diverse sensations.

Very often it happens that you want changes in life, there is a constant feeling of anxiety and dissatisfaction. But sometimes it’s so difficult to understand what exactly doesn’t suit you. In such cases, trainings are usually used in which the visualization of what is desired occurs, but the difficulty is that often the thought is still in limbo, because it is difficult to visualize something about which there is not even the slightest idea.

There is no need to despair, if such a thought has arisen in your head, then you can easily develop it. The main thing is to listen to your inner voice. You can simply do everyday things, turning off all thoughts, and the realization of what you want will come on its own. Or, when in the evening, before going to bed, a picture comes to you, this is what is so necessary at this stage of life. Next, it is important not to miss this thin thread and decide what to do next. When a situation arises before your eyes, you need not to stop and continue to think and develop this thought or image. The subconscious mind itself will indicate ideas, the main thing is to listen to them.

Thinking rationally, sometimes we forget what is actually necessary for complete comfort. You can think through and calculate one or another option for the outcome of the situation, but in the end you will not receive the desired satisfaction, instead only disappointment and depression. And all because a person goes against his desires.

In this regard, when making decisions that relate to an issue that is important to you, you should, in addition to the arguments of reason, listen to your intuition. Very often she is the one who is right. It’s good to imagine all the circumstances in detail and, perhaps, the right decision will be to follow them. Don’t deceive yourself, because later you can very much regret that you didn’t listen to the signals being given.

How can you look into your subconscious?

There are many techniques that can help in this matter. First of all, you need to relax, not think about anything other than the question of interest. Further, thoughts themselves will begin to come into your head, various images and ideas, and so it is possible that there will be many different pictures, but you should stop and consider carefully which of them seemed the most acceptable and desirable, a surge of strength and joy is possible.

Meditation has recently been gaining popularity in the world, because... it allows you to calm the mind, but most importantly, it develops sensitivity and trust in your inner voice. Even in business, meditation has found its place. Many of the world's top managers use the practice of Mindfulness, which loosely translated sounds like mindfulness meditation or fullness of awareness. By practicing Mindfulness, they came to the conclusion that working has become much more enjoyable, because during meditation a state of calm is achieved, which is so lacking during working hours, and fresh ideas and solutions to previously unsolvable tasks or problems appear “out of nowhere”.

It’s easier than ever to practice meditation; you can do it at home and at work (if your bosses don’t mind), in nature and with your family. This is a very useful practice that everyone should try in order to experience its effect and capabilities firsthand.

The most important thing is to learn to trust your thoughts and inner voice; in the subconscious lies the true answer. By learning to constantly listen to your intuition and true desires, all problems can be solved much faster and more effectively.
